the world a supercar that exceeds 1,000 horsepower on ethanol E85 biofuel and
looks like a stealth fighter on wheels.
The stunning Koenigsegg CCXR is the newest successor to the CCR, which
blasted the world record in 2005 for top speed in a street-legal car at a radar-smoking
242.9 miles per hour. That high-speed run on the eight-mile circular Nardò Ring
test track in Italy crushed both the mighty McLaren F1 and Ferrari Enzo best times
by 10 and 21 miles per hour, respectively, and launched the boutique automaker
